Q:Is this site secure?
A:Any personal information given to gotocentre.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties and gotocentre.com’s server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, gotocentre.com does not store your credit card information at any time - all of this information is stored off site on secure servers. To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the gotocentre.com website, a small lock icon will appear in the lower right-corner of your web browser. when this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page is secure. Furthermore, added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

Q:How do I place my Order?
A:-Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
-From the product page select the size / quantity you’d like and click “cart this” to add it to your cart. A pop up should appear with showing the contents of your cart.
-When looking at your cart content, you may edit quantities and view your subtotal. You can also return to the store by clicking the “Keep Shopping” link in the and adding more items to your cart for purchase .
-Once you’ve added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process. This process involves a few simple steps.
1. If you are not viewing the contents of your cart, click the shopping cart icon on the top right of the page. After verify the correct contents of your cart, click "Check Out."
2. A new secure page will pop up. On this page you will enter your shipping information and billing information.
3. Then you must select your desired shipping method. Once that is done, please choose your payment method (please see below for Phone Orders) and verify that you agree to the terms and conditions of the sale.
4. You will then receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once we verify the order and fulfill the contents, your card will be charge for the agreed purchase price.
5. Finally, when your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with final shipping details including a tracking number.
Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date.

Q:How do phone orders work?
A:Phone order products are denoted by a yellow phone icon. A lot of the product stocked at Centre is limited in nature and this often limits the types of items we can sell directly online. That said, we have developed a very simple and secure solution to accommodate phone orders. If you have any item that is restricted to phone orders in your cart here are the steps to complete your order:
1. Add items to your cart like you would any normal product. You can mix phone order and internet items in the same cart. After reviewing the items in your cart, click ' Check Out'
2. Fill our the billing and shipping address. Please note that the billing address must still match the address associated with the payment form you intend upon using.
3. Select your shipping method.
4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions (add your email to our list if you'd like, too) and then click 'Submit Order'
5. You will be taken to an aknowledgement page as well as receive an email with instructions.
6. If you live in the US and would like to pay using an accepted credit card method: call the number listed in the email and follow the prompts to complete your order. If you are an international customer or would like to complete your order using Paypal, simply call or email our customer service (info@gotocentre.com) to speak with a sales associate who can send you a Paypal invoice.
7. Once the payment has been received we will process your order and send out another email with tracking and further contact information, just like we would with a full online transaction.
If that all sounds complicated...well...it's a little more work, but we promise it will be fairly painless. Q:How can I check the status of my order?
A:You can check the status of your order by contacting Centre via email or telephone provided in the confirmation emails. We will quickly be able to let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.

Q:How can I change my order?
A:You can send changes to info@gotocentre.com. Please do so as soon as possible as changes can only be made if your request is received and answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

Q:What if the item I want is sold out?
A:Although we make every effort to have a fully updated inventory of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. We will however ship partially fullfilled orders should we only have part of your order in stock. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Q:What is your shipping policy?
A:All domestic orders are shipped via UPS of USPS depending on what options are selected. Rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Gotocentre.com does not ship multiple addresses per order. Please note that we can only ship USPS to p.o. boxes, or apo/fpo addresses. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 10:ooam CST will begin processing the next business day. We will do everything in our power to get your order out the same or following business day. Should there be a delay, we will contact you with details. Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier, weekends and holdays.
Centre holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes. International orders are only processes through Paypal and shipped via USPS Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination. Express shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days and Priority shipping takes approximately 6-10 business days. Shipment progress can be tracked on usps.com with a USPS tracking number. Centre cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds on shipping costs.

Q:What is your return policy?
A:At Centre, we realize the hazards of finding a good fit while online shopping. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, in any original packaging, unwashed, and unaltered. Any items returned without original packaging, i.e. shoeboxes, etc. will not be accepted. All sale itemsare final sale. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postage labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return may result in a fee. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Centre has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please refer to “how do i return an item” for specific instructions.
Unfortunately Centre is unable to provide online exchanges. If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size, style and/or price we would be happy to issue a refund but would request that you purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Please see above for the correct return procedure.

Q:How do I return an Item?
A:All returns requests must be authorized by gotocentre.com before shipping. Please send a return request to info@gotocentre.com with purchase order number and specific items requsting to be returned. Upon receipt of a return authorization # from gotocentre.com. please print it out and enclose with your return/exchange. All articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time in one single shipment. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible and mark your RA# on the outside of the box. Send pre-paid and insured to:

When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card or Paypal account with which the original purchase was made.
